Le Musée d'Art Classique de Mougins est heureux d'accueillir l’exposition VASES de Gary Komarin.

Ses peintures contemporaines - inspirées par les civilisations anciennes - viendront compléter l'art ancien, moderne et contemporain du musée.



Komarin, natif de New York, a beaucoup exposé aux États-Unis, en Europe et en Asie et a été honoré avec le Prix Joan Mitchell dans la peinture, la subvention d’arts en peinture du New York Foundation, la bourse peinture du Edward Albee Foundation, la Elizabeth Foundation, le Prix ​​de New York pour la peinture et le Prix Benjamin Altman de la National Academy of Design Museum, New York.

The Musée d’Art Classique de Mougins is happy to welcome Gary Komarin’s exhibition VESSELS.

His contemporary paintings - inspired by ancient civilisations - will complement the ancient, modern and contemporary art of the museum.



Native New Yorker Komarin has exhibited extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Asia and has been honoured with the Joan Mitchell Prize in Painting, the New York Foundation for the Arts Grant in Painting, the Edward Albee Foundation Fellowship in Painting, the Elizabeth Foundation, New York Prize in Painting and the Benjamin Altman Prize from the National Academy of Design Museum, New York.
